Delivery & Collection Information

We ship using refrigerated cold courier services to ensure your caviar arrives fresh and at the correct temperature. Chilled delivery is available within NSW, VIC and QLD metropolitan and surrounding areas, as well as WA metropolitan areas. NT and SA: Airport pickup only is available. Delivery times vary by location and are typically around 72 hours (business days). For detailed timing and availability for your specific location, please email contact@caviartin.com.au, we’re happy to provide a delivery estimate. 

Sydney Metro: Delivery typically takes 48 - 72 hours (business days).

SAME-DAY DELIVERY for INNER SYDNEY is available for orders over $400 (before promotions) placed before 3:00 PM, at an additional cost ($100). Availability is subject to location and order volume. When placing an order online, enter your delivery address and the same-day option will appear for eligible postcodes. Inner Sydney generally refers to suburbs within close proximity to the CBD. Our team is happy to assist with confirming delivery availability for your location.
Alexandria NSW: Free collection is offered for all orders.

Return & Refund Policy

At Caviar Tin, we take great care to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition and at the correct temperature. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or preference-based reasons.

Refunds or replacements are only provided in the following cases:
• The product arrives damaged,
• The product arrives out of temperature, or
• The item is not as described. 

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number,
• Photos of the product and packaging,
• A brief description of the issue.

Our team will review your request promptly and arrange a suitable resolution where applicable. We appreciate your understanding and support, maintaining the highest quality and safety standards is our priority.
