We ship Australia-wide using refrigerated cold courier services to ensure your caviar arrives fresh and at the correct temperature. Delivery times vary by state and can take up to 72 hours.

Sydney Metro: Next-day delivery is available.
Alexandria NSW: Free collection is offered for all orders.

Return & Refund Policy

At Caviar Tin, we take great care to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition and at the correct temperature. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or preference-based reasons.

Refunds or replacements are only provided in the following cases:
The product arrives damaged,
The product arrives out of temperature, or
The item is not as described. 
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
Your order number,
Photos of the product and packaging,
A brief description of the issue.
Our team will review your request promptly and arrange a suitable resolution where applicable.
