3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payments are processed securely through our third-party provider (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or Shopify Payments). We do not store your payment details.
4. Delivery
We ship Australia-wide using refrigerated or express delivery services to maintain product freshness. Delivery times and charges are displayed at checkout. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link.
Caviar Tin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, or customs.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order details at contact@caviartin.com.au. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
6. Event Bookings and Workshops
All event bookings require confirmation via email.
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your date.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible - we’ll do our best to accommodate changes.
